By committing to the brand's required annual spend, retailers will gain the coveted status of being the sole stockist of these sought-after products on Faire. During the exclusivity period, no other retailer within the designated area can purchase from the brand on the platform, ensuring that the retailer maintains a competitive edge.
What are the benefits of the Faire exclusivity program?

- Login to Faire
- Click on Customers and Exclusivity.
- Set your required annual spend, and turn on exclusivity. If it’s available in your area, you will see the offer on the brand’s page.
- Retailers will then be able to see that you’re offering exclusivity. Faire will prompt them to join.
- You can also tell brands that you have a relationship with, share within your retailer promotions, or share in an email.
Your exclusivity area is determined by Faire, and based on your location and the density of other retailers nearby. Learn more about the exclusivity program.
What is happening to Faire Protection or ZIP code Protection?
The exclusivity program has replaced Faire Protection (also known as ZIP code/postal code protection). All existing Faire Protection agreements ended on March 4, 2024. Visit the Exclusivity page in your portal to see which of your brands are offering exclusivity. Learn more.
